• To benefit from the campaign, it is mandatory to enter the campaign code provided by the VanGo application during purchase. Members who do not enter the campaign code will not earn gift points and cannot claim rights. The relevant campaign amount is valid only for all flight ticket purchases sold by Bilet Dukkani during the specified dates and times.

• To use the campaign code, users must complete email and phone activation by logging in as a member.

• It is mandatory to enter the code in the campaign code section during purchase to benefit from the campaign. Members who make purchases without the campaign code cannot benefit from the discount amount and cannot claim rights.

• Flight ticket purchases to benefit from the campaign must be made through the Bilet Dukkani website and mobile applications.

• Discounts will be applied during purchase in accordance with the rules. Users who are not members of Bilet Dukkani cannot benefit from the campaign and cannot claim rights.

• The discount amount cannot be transferred to another person or institution, converted into cash, or refunded to a credit card.

• This campaign cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount code.

• The campaign amount cannot be split and can only be used in a single purchase on the Bilet Dukkani application.

• If the service is canceled, no refund will be made if the refund amount is less than or equal to the discount amount.

• No second discount will be applied for changes in purchased tickets or reservations, and change fees and service charges will be charged to the customer.

• A member can only benefit from the discount once.

• Opening accounts with false information or opening multiple accounts is prohibited.

• Sharing account information or using other users' accounts is prohibited.

• It is prohibited to use the campaign code for commercial purposes or abuse.

• In case of misuse or abuse, the user account may be suspended, closed, and campaign benefits may be canceled. Bilet Dukkani is not obliged to inform the user in such cases.

• In case of detecting misuse and abuse, Bilet Dukkani may cancel the sale of the Bilet Dukkani product (flight ticket, transfer, or car rental) related to the campaign and may also refund the product to the user.

• The accuracy of passenger/guest information, phone, and contact information entered into the system is the responsibility of the member/user. Individuals who cannot be contacted due to incorrect information entered or resulting access problems cannot claim rights in the relevant campaign.

• Campaign participation is limited by quantity. The campaign will automatically stop when the participation limit is reached.

• Bilet Dukkani reserves the right to make changes and cancellations within the scope of the campaign.
